An harmonic squeak?

Hey everyone!
Recently I've noticed a bit of squeaky noise, as if a belt may be loose or tensioner is going bad, issue is - it's coming from the back left (inner drivers side) part of the engine compartment.
I'll add a video to define the issue, any help is appreciated.
