I don't know if this is answering your question but for a small fee you can get access to GM's service manuals for any vehicle back to 1996. You can look up what you are working on and print out the instructions. I usually print to a pdf so I can save a copy on my computer.

You do need to get used to reading them - they tend to make you jump around to other sections.
The Service Manuals don't show how to replace the bricks as the SC isn't considered serviceable and the parts aren't available from GM. Superchargers Online is the only Eaton authorized rebuilder of the supercharger. They may have service instructions that can be sold.
I had a brick that started leaking I swapped bricks back to stock and sold my supercharger. Its relatively simple, the snout must be removed. The process would be the same for aftermarket brick installation. I'm opting to switch superchargers instead but I have some photos in my other thread.

Got a set of "tall" bricks (already have the tall lid)
Factory tall style bricks will be a pretty large improvement over the stock flat style bricks. I would also recommend reaching out to PWR north america to see if they have any of their bricks in stock as they will be a sizeable improvement over the factory tall style bricks. Their bricks are about 30% larger than late style bricks and have a different fin density that is more efficient at thermal rejection than the stock bricks will.

I'm sure those PWR ones are very good, but they are 3x what I paid for new OEM tall bricks.

I’ve got a 16 full bolt on /cam /meth max effort car on the 16 lid and stock bricks. It makes great power and doesn’t fade a lot. - about 30whp after the first few hits and then it’s stable. It’s also on meth , big front mount, big Hx, has the extra rad, an expansion tank.
Are the bricks a big improvement for IAts? Any flow improvement?
