Your right, that doesn't sound good. If you changed the plugs and then this started, then I would go back an look at your installation. Are they the correct spark plugs, installed correctly, plug wires attached firmly? Are any of the plug wires damaged?
If it's a misfire you should be able to see which cylinder via a scanner.
Here in the US you can go to most auto parts stores and they will have one to connect to your car.
Mechanics will also have one.
Car enthusiasts might also have one, there are even some $20 Bluetooth versions that will work via an app on your phone.
Is the car throwing any codes? If its a misfire, I would think for certain that it would throw codes. Don't take this the wrong way, I only ask because I don't know your mechanical ability, but did you put oil back in after you drained it? Its an LT4, a Dry Sump system, remember it takes about 10.5 quarts, wet sump takes about 6 quarts.
