I have a 2016 Z06, A8 with only Haltech intake, taller sc lid, and an xpipe and catback exhaust from AWE….I have a quote from a local shop for BTR stage 2 SC cam, supporting heads mods, DOD delete, MM catch can, IWI 18% lower, DSX flex sensor, etc….I am not doing headers for now…
Any idea how well this setup will work and what kind of power numbers I’m looking at?
I would do a low side over headwork to really take advantage of those mods - will cost about the same or less and you will get a lot more power out of it than heads. These heads are pretty good as they are, low side on a 16, not so much.... JMHO

only head work is just upgrading springs, etc. For the cam..no porting etc….
Port the blower , skip the head work , skip the 103 throttle body , get 2" headers , and low side , ( right pulley setup ) You should see mid to high 700s maybe 800s if you have meth / supporting fuel . Fuel is the Achilles heel of these cars .My car made 740whp E60 ran a 6.1 60-130, no meth with port injection , no cam or dod delete. If you get port injection skip the Flex fuel kit , just buy the sensor and wire it in. I run the DSX Atlas Port its awesome , TH PSI makes a setup too but uses a separate tuning software .
Do the headers now, we just finished up a kong ported blower (not X) car (2.5) pulley with a stage 1 BTR cam, cold air, lower - Made upper 600s on e30.

Probably be back for headers and a 2.3 soon.
any videos of idle or anything? Interested how the chop was on a stage 1 cam….
Man I did not realize the stage 1 sounded that nasty - Ryne @ BRC recommended that to me and after hearing this I think I definitely will go that route. Also, for your business needs, I don't think there is a better LTX calibrator if you wanted to give him a try on something, he is in magnolia - do what you will with that information.

I've spoken with him actually, Lorenz @ LSX will always be my #1 when it comes to LS/LT tuning , he's been tuning for me and my friends for a long time. Ryne would def be someone I would work with though.

Yeah I've just had the pleasure of working with him on my 19 and he is the real deal; glad he is in the land of the free now! lol
also DSX is releasing a dual pump setup for the C7 . Check their Facebook they just posted a couple videos .
Holy **** my prayers have been answered! Hopefully don’t have the issues like katech - is it bucketed? Normal standard pumps that usually come with these kits or better ones?

Bucketed brushless pumps and controllers all plug and play. All the stuff they put out is top notch i doubt the will release anything with issue.
You're leaving a lot on the table by not installing headers. Also, I wouldn't go with an 18% lower unless you're running meth or upgrading your injectors. You wont have enough spray time to use high E content and the blower will heat up stupid fast. I would be less aggressive on the pulley setup otherwise.
