The injectors all have varying levels of flow. low flow means they flow slightly less than spec, nominal flow at spec, and high flow a tiny bit over spec.
Its such a small amount it doesn't matter as long as you run all 8 of the same flow type as your fuel trims will correct the difference. If you run mismatched the ecu isn't able to correct on a per cylinder bases.
