In case your request goes unanswered , make it yourself with a couple of spot welds.

What is with the front fender air vent, it looks like another low budget GM design. Is this the best Tadge could come with?

That would take a lot of money to do since all C7s are targas to get around the side curtain airbag mandate. That is one of the reasons why the Viper is dead.

Why would a targa negate a side air bag requirement? and conversely, why would a fixed roof require it? I doubt the NHTSA cares about the aesthetics and engineering hurdles with making a roof removable, I'd imagine they keep the guidelines restricted to safety with all other considerations secondary.

Tadge is not the designer.

The same reason they will make it automatic.

FRC with a 6 speed as the only transmission choice for the fast vette please.

Ask the NHTSA if you want a detailed why but the fact is that convertibles and targas are exempt from it.

Default Zrii

I believe based upon other photos it says ZRII.

No problem as always, I will continue to post pictures whenever I can snag some good ones. I will be trying to get some interior shots next time if possible. If anyone has any suggestions for pictures that I hadn't already posted let me know so I know what to look for.

I can't vouch for other photos but I have seen it up close and personal and it absolutely 100% says "ZR1".

Default is the coverible top spice red or a new shade of red

Is it just the lightint, or camera, or is that a different shade of red on the top. It is much closer to the paint color? any insight?

The top is a tad bit lighter than the paint but not anywhere near as much as it looks like from the pictures. I think the direct light on top is throwing it off.

Post your video to YouTube and then use the link they give you and post it into the internet link icon at the top of the forum text entry box. That will place the link in your text and when you submit your post the you tube video shows up in your post. It is simple as can be and if you know how to use a screw driver you can post the video.

So I spotted this same car again tonight and snapped a picture of it where you can clearly see the difference in the color between the top and the paint. Also for some reason the right rear wheel (looks like it's from a Z06) was different than the rest.

Side note: I spotted a yellow coupe with the smaller spoiler but wasn't able to get a picture, has anyone seen that yet?

Looks like they taped over the ZR1 logo on the front wheel.
