That's a fair question. I suspect it's only something that happens at WOT, which in a 750HP car is going to be a rare thing. Even at the race track, you're rarely going to go WOT for a very long time unless it's a big straight.

Maybe the aftermarket can catch some of that and redirect it for a proper seat heater.
