By the way, this is great publicity for Chevy. He plans on being the first to 200mph and I believe the first on a Dyno, via Race Proven Motorsports. He’s already owned a C7 Stingray, a manual C7 Z06 (first two pics below), a C4, then a (replacement) automatic C7 Z06(third picture), then a C5. Now, he owns this ZR1 and the Z06, but the latter will be replaced by a ZTK shortly.
He does crazy stuff with Corvettes, but I like it.

^ Yeah, he needs to work out his goals on a track and not literally on the street. Unfortunately, he has made some questionable decisions in the past which an ordinary person wouldn't think of doing, even if we had the same selection of vehicles. Whether that's youth being wasted on the young or something else is left for debate. He just needs to be smart about it.

Yeah, this knucklehead will take this car and drive 200 MPH like he did with his Mclaren on the Interstate. If he gets caught or if he kills someone someday I don’t think GM will want any part of this negative publicity. Can you say lawsuit? Just wait and see. This guy will take this vehicle out on the highways and byways of Pennsylvania soon when the weather warms and will make this irresponsible attempt. He has more moving ticket violations than you and your entire family will get if you would all live 5 life times. No thanks SS717. You’re an irresponsible, immature, and reckless clown. Someday you will get killed or kill someone doing what you do. Pennsylvania State Police should take this guy down. He is a reckless menace to the motoring public.

That things looks awesome and it sounds monstrous too from the limited amount he got on it. I know the general opinion of most of the denim-shorts-crew on here is he's a douche but I find his videos somewhat watchable if you skip around and watch the ones that are actually about cars and not just some "Vlog" about BS. He's definitely a lot better than The Tool -- I mean, Nick, GuitarmageddonZL1.
And when he says doing 200 MPH I bet he means on a closed course and doing it for real instead of just opening it up on the interstate. At least, I would hope. I still bet his McLaren achieves 200 MPH much faster than his ZR1. That car just ripped to 200 MPH like most cars get to 140 MPH.

Let me guess, this the first verse in the prelude to a novel about a new Chevy ZR1 and it’s rogue new owner. Great start....I like it. How does the story conclude?...death? It has potential.

In reality he seems like a cool guy. Doesn’t seem all that unresponsible either. Sure he does the occasional run in Mexico but so do a lot of others and he seems smart about how he does things. I’m sure a lot of guys are hating on him but he’s a grown man and came across his $ legally so I don’t see the issue.

I can't stand this douche. Not because he's famous and got dough, but he got that way with his clickbait videos with some drama infused title to them. None of the crap that comes out of his mouth is news breaking. Anybody can find some info on the web and talk about it in a video.
How he came to fame says more about the "market" than him, IMO. Whatever he's doing is resonating with the market and creating his success, I wouldn't let that define who he actually is. Most people in his position would likely continue to "milk the cow" that he found

Met him at Carlisle. is he a little full of himself? yeah.. but he's got the fame/credit to back it up. he's a youtube star.
One thing i will say is he is respectful to the Police when he does get pulled over. there are plenty who aren't on youtube. He does need to spend more time on closed courses though because unlike reality "TV" he's doing some of these things where he could put himself in harms way with cars that run like his. Hopefully he picks up on some road racing. i think he would make some good videos if he were out there doin it. seems like a very smart young adult as well.
If you met him in person, i think anyone calling him a derogatory name would feel different. he was very nice to everyone speaking to him from what i witnessed. Of all the corvette internet people, he is the most personable and "open" bringing people into owning a car like this than anyone else out there (mostly robotic in their vids or too technical, his videos are raw, like speaking to a friend or young nephew).

Wow...I didn’t catch that! So if I understand you correctly you’re saying this poor soul has a dissociative identity disorder? You think maybe he is doing this so when he finally gets caught by State Police he can plead innocent due to mental health issues? Brilliant strategy you think? Great catch, I’ll have to be more observant next time I view him. Thanks.

He will get his comeuppance. It’s inevitable. Karma is a bitch and when it catches up with him his channel will achieve it’s highest viewership. Jeopardizing people’s lives every time he enters his vehicle is not my idea of a hero. Just hope innocent lives will not be lost because of this guy’s ignorance.
