I agree. Thank god he moved on from that DFR clown show and is now dealing with you guys. Win-win deal for both you and Mike...and the viewers too.

That could be a "129.72" where the lights are out on that section of the board and don't complete the loop on the "9". I've seen that at quite a few tracks.

Was there a problem with the clock's in the right lane? Did Mike's car run 11.5 @ 123.72MPH and then 11.4 @ 130MPH? All I heard him say on HIS video is that his car ran 11.4 & 11.5 @130MPH but this independent video screenshot CLEARLY doesn't back up his claim and he hasn't posted any timeslips to clarify what actually took place, thanks. And I really do appreciate Mike's efforts, just need the WHOLE story

First pass was 129, those lights are hard to capture without a good camera.

Well, looking at the last post that was definitely not a 9 on that 11.52 pass.

Fran, now you've got me REALLY confused (just like FAKE News on TV).....clearly the video capture I posted IS NOT an 11.55 @129.79 MPH by any stretch of the imagination.....did the Russians alter the video that I took the screenshot from or did he make 3 passes? That also isn't your ZR1 in the left lane

I believe what he meant the correct numbers are were:

Pass 1 (Against that muscle car): 11.55 @ 129.79 (2.4 60 ft)
Pass 2 (Against Fran's 916 RWHP ZR1): 11.4x @ 123.xx (1.9 60 ft)

RPM's upcoming video will be recorded by Steve (Bsaint) and will contain all of the information we're after and then some.

Thank you, I'm kinda dumb, the screen shot from the 2nd pass against Fran CLEARLY shows 11.52 not 11.4X but I'll wait for "another video" that shows the 11.4x since my 1080P view screen shot wasn't very clear

I didn't even notice that 11.52 in that screenshot but you're totally right. I was taking Mike's word for it and all I remembered from that screenshot was the possibility that the lights were out to make the "3" instead of the "9". So I guess it was:

Pass 1: 11.55 @ 129 (2.4 60ft supposedly)
Pass 2: 11.52 @ 123 (1.9 60ft supposedly)

What the hell is going on here, how come it's so hard to get this narrowed down...Did he make more than 2 passes? Is there some *** covering going on? I mean Mike clearly claimed in his video two to three times that he ran an 11.5 and 11.4 both at 130 MPH. Clearly that was BS.

All I know is before I drop serious coin on a zr1.. I’m waiting for the vids and time slips of others at least hitting low 10’s breaking 9’s even. If not, I’m sticking with my Z until the C8 just my personal opinion because I don’t road course my cars nor see the value in this model unless I’m new first vette owner then it might makes sense. I thank mike so far for his videos to have me realize this lol before it becomes buyers remorse.

SS717 confirmed just hours ago on his instagram that he's going back to Cecil Dragway this weekend, going to chase getting that 10 second pass. Hopefully if he can't get it after 2-3 passes, he just lets Fran drive it...

I agree, his warranty is voided right? Might as well let Fran go bananas on that beast.

No his warranty is still intact. It's not tuned or modified that we know of and a few drag strip passes doesn't void your warranty either.
