Default Current build date estimate?

Hey all,

Does anyone know the current build dates being given for orders being picked up by GM?

I found an allocation finally, so hopefully my order gets picked up soon! Btw black on black, 3ZR, ZTK, carbon flash wheels, M7, red calipers, stitching, and belts.

Thanks!

I wasn’t asking for my build date, but thanks for the response.

For people who have recently had their order go to 3000 status, what was the build date they were given?

1st of the year....... All depends where the dealers allocations land and get pulled. I have not seen a set pattern with Builds.

Firstly, congrats on your allocation. I ordered exactly the same car/configuration, along with PBC Engine Build and R8C NCM delivery. Here is the timing outline for my car.

2/28 Order accepted by GM Production Control (code 3000)

2/28 Shane at NCM assigns PBC Engine Build date (April 19)

3/26 Target Production Week assigned (April 30)

4/19 PBC Engine Build

4/30 Target Production Week followed by Quality Control

5/17 NCM Delivery

Thank you both!

This was the third order I made, but the first allocation. And it is within a reasonable distance, priced at MSRP.

im going to pick it up at the dealer, get a clear bra for the front and ceramic coating for the rest. That way I won’t cringe for the entire drive home.

And now I wait for my allocation to be picked. At least I FINALLY have an allocation!

@2Z’s: do you remember when you placed your order?

put deposit down on dealers list of 5 allocations back in Jan. I was Number 5, however only A8 on list and jumped to 1 with M7 constraint. History of order:
1100- 2/23
1102- 2/23
2000- 2/26
2500- 2/27
3000- 2/27
no ViIN yet or build week. I asked To add a few accessories and was told it’s to late, good news?

Congrats 2Z's on your ZR1. Being your car was accepted by Production Control (3000) and not able to modify your order is indeed good news, perhaps your car is near having a Target Production Week established? Have you been in touch with your dealership as of late? Perhaps your TPW has already been established. I am pulling for ya. Good luck.

How funny... I did the same thing to my dealer/regional GM sales manager... they told me "enough already", only joking of course, at least what they say. Both are genuienly just as excited to see a ZR1 hit their patch. I guess I need to learn how to be more patient. Admittedly, real tough after seeing so many awesome Z pictures hit the forum. There is simply in my opinion not a bad color, they all have their pluses. Stealing Christopher Walkins line.... "Guess what? I got a fever, and the only prescription is more ZR1".

As of last Thursday start of the last consensus, the TPW’s on orders where the dealers had ZR1 allocation, were May 14th.
