I’m trying to figure out what options to get, I would like yellow brake calipers but $599 for them seems a little much. Also I see two red interiors but am not sure what the difference is? Also not sure what chrome badging is for $100?

I’m getting the convertible with the black top. Ordering it in white.

thanks for any help.

Hope this helps. When I ordered my ZR1, I really didn't worry about the "value" of what the option cost (i.e., $599 for yellow calipers is relatively insignificant when compared to the price of the car). I ordered what I wanted, the way I wanted because I intend to truly enjoy the car. I can almost guarantee that you will get some "haters" about getting a convertible, or ordering yellow calipers, or I hate the big wing, blah, blah, blah. My advice is to order it your way and ENJOY the hell out of it. Just my opinion.

P.S. I still haven't seen the chrome emblem so not sure what it looks like? Whatever you order, you will draw a crowd everywhere you go. I know mine does.

If you like the yellow calipers, pay the extra $$ to get what you want, otherwise you'll be saying to yourself every time you look at them, "I should have got yellow". The Adrenaline Red is a bright red leather, I would recommend it vs. the Spice Red which is a darker burgundy color. If your Dealership is a good size volume Dealer they will probably have an Adrenaline Red interior Corvette in stock (any model will show you the color) but probably not a Spice Red (it's not as popular). See if you like it. The chrome trim option changes all the emblems from black surrounds to chrome ( the nose emblem, ZR1 emblems on the hood, and the rear bumper emblem). Once again, it's simply a matter of choice, wheel color will play into it too, you might like chrome if you get chrome wheels or silver, you might want black emblems with dark color wheels to tie it together. You may want to add the battery protection package for $100, it's a slick charger to plug into the back luggage area. Hopefully this helps.
