Are you running stock wheels? In theory, modern manual corvettes with 3.42 rear end and 1:1 4th gear run about 146~153ish. (except for LS7) when I put headers on my C6 GS I raised the rev limiter by 150 RPM and picked up about 6MPH on the back straight at VIR. In other instances I've seen guys with different wheel size but stock limiter run about the same speeds at the top of 4th.
Yup stock Mich Cups and Speedline GM wheels. My limiter is unchanged also. I see in your post your well over 6,500. I need to double check my AIM data recorder but 6,5k I believe is all I get.
I shift into 5th on a sweeping right at 140+ on the back stretch of WG and to say the least it is not comfortable!
Finally broke my Z06 PB and in to the 1:14's. This was a 1:14.9 but the data shows a theoretical 1:14.6 between the two fast laps that outing. I was overdriving the car a bit that outing so it's not the smoothest driving.
