#776 finally arrived at the dealer. Carbon fiber parts have not. I guess 99% of a ZR1 is better than none. Hopefully they get the parts today and I can pickup tomorrow.

Mine was built on 8/9. I'm just waiting for it to make its way to the dealer now.

Deposite placed 2/3/18. I'm guessing the raw materials haven't even been mined yet. On a happy note, any you guys going to Carlisle?

Are you ordering a ZR1 1LZ? Stitching is not available at that trim level. If you are ordering a 3LZ, what color exterior/interior are you ordering. Red stitching may not be on constraint but it may not be compatable with certain color combinations. Just my thoughts after checking build your own site and ZR1 order guide.

Fabric dying pen is your answer...for about $20 you can get some pens and do it yourself...looks great and actually doesn’t take too long to do...not the best option but if you can’t get it...

Don’t laugh! I used a fabric pen on my GS seats. CRY car with white stitching on seats. Went to Joanne fabrics and bought 5 pens. Tested on the seat and it looked as good or better than factory. Paid the 11 yr old neighbor girl to do it and took her 4 hours. Hardest was the steering wheel and stitches close to the windshield.
Make sure you try different colors to match the exterior. Not my idea, as I got it off this forum somewhere. Try to find out if the car will come with black or white stitching. I don’t know if it makes a difference in 3ZR or 1ZR .....
Good Luck Deb!!

I’m certainly not laughing...I dyed my stitching red in my 2014 Stingray, my 2017 Z06 and my 2018 Wrangler...all came out fantastic! Going to do the same on my ZR1

Please PM me your info. I checked with a person at the General and NO constraint on stiching. There has to be something else. What seats are you ordering ? There’s no way you want to lose an allocation. Do you have an order #?

I have an order number, It's shadow gray, 3LZ, ZTK, black microfiber seats, comp seats, red seat belts, red calipers, I had originally ordered the gray interior and had them change it 2 weeks after I placed the order when the salesman called me to tell me the change was made he said could not get it to take the red stitching I cannot figure what they are doing wrong. I am still at 1100 now but this could change anytime. the order was originally placed on 7/18/18.

very cool.

I’m #931 (matrix Grey, 3RZ, blue stitch, M7, ZTK) as of yesterday midday, no confirmation mine was built but does still show TPW of 8/20.
