Default Factory ZR1 wheel alignments thoughts

Has anyone had there new ZR1 alignment checked, if so, how did it look?
I'm planing to pick up my car next week at the NCM and drive it back to south Florida with a few stops at the Tail of the Dragon.
I have a race shop here that specializes in road race cars that I plan to do a alignment and corner scale balance when I get it home. A little concern about putting 1,300ish mile on the cup2's tires if it is not align well.
What do you think?

Are you planning to track the car or just putt around on highways? If no tracking then you'll want to at least check it and probably make changes to preserve the tires. With that being said, you should probably switch to PSS in place of the SC2 tires if you're not going to track it. I doubt the 1,300 miles home will harm the tires much on a stock alignment, especially if you plan to do a more aggressive track alignment once home.

I drove mine back to Houston on the cup 2s without issue. Haven't had the car on the rack yet, however it drives straight as an arrow with no drift or pulling. After my 1300 mile trip home the tires were evenly worn, about 1/32nd worth. I ordered a second set of wheels and run Conti Extreme Contact Sports on the street, Cup 2s for the track. The Contis are a DREAM, less noise, more comfortable ride, better traction in wet/cold.

Every time I try to buy Conti's for my C6 ZR1 (to replace my Cup 2's) they are on national back order. Where is everyone getting the Conti's??

Tire Rack. The rears are currently in stock, I actually had to buy another one under warranty last week due to a puncture..

I'm planning to do both street driving and start doing some track days. I'm plan to do the DSC Street/Track specs on the alignment and possibly get a set of street wheels/tires.
Thanks for the feed back.

I'd be more worried about paint protection than tires..

I ALWAYS get an alignment done after taking delivery...just after the 500 mile mark usually...

And I only go to a local alignment shop here in NY that has done many Vettes, they take the time and do it right...

I have a shop 3 hours away in Cincinnati that has aligned many Corvettes for street and track use. About three hours away from NCM.

I had mine checked and redone at about 500 miles. The rear caster was off (as I expected) and not very good. There’s a previous thread where I posted all the figures as delivered by factory. I had my friends shop set everything to DSC Track/Street alignment.

Over 5,000 miles including 4 track days and no issues with either my street (MPSS) Tire’s or Track (CUP 2’s).

Are the specs for DSC/Track/Street posted someplace?
