Default Are the black side plastics carbon fiber?

not sure what they are called, these are the long pieces on the fender

just trying to decide of i should order black mirrors or red (car color). If those pieces are CF and have the CF weave the mirror being black might look out of place (or so I think)

Is there anyone with torch red who can opine about black mirrors? Do they look out of place?

I have torch red convertible. I think the piece you're talking about is CF. On my convertible, I think I prefer the red mirrors. Just a matter of preference.

But is it visible carbon fiber like the roof/spoiler/side skirt or just black?

I think every black component on the car with the exception of A pillar is visible carbon fiber (as in the weave is present). So mirrors being just black might look out of place.

The black mirrors are carbon flash painted like the wheels and the lower rear brake cooling vent trim piece.
