Default Headers vs cat elimination pipes with x pipe

Have any of our supporting vendors done any comparison testing between headers and just eliminating the main cats along with a x pipe? I typically do headers on my cars but if I can keep it looking closer to stock under the hood without missing out on any power gains I’d prefer that route. I also intend on installing a pulley and other mods as soon as tuning is available so if the gains will be better with the headers over all then I guess that’s the route to go. Just looking for feedback

If your tuning anyway I think headers are the way to go. However emissions could be an issue depending on where you live. With the headers though you may want to take advantage of an off road Xpipe as well to get the full benefit.
