VIN ending in 2019 would be cool

Still there is time (very short), it will cost $5K to insure. I thought about reserving 2000, but most of you here claimed GM will end production at that number. The 'last' one will be retained by GM (or auctioned off for a million). If the C7 ZR1 is continued as a '20 (and possibly '21) MY then the VIN 2000 or VIN 2019 becomes meaningless.

VIN 2019 has already been taken. They are currently up to 2021 as of yesterday.

Initially the "rumor" was 2000 would be built but I heard a week ago from a source at GM that, "We never said we'd limit it to 2000 cars."
My guess, now, is they will build ZR-1s until they run out of parts. Heck, with the C8 "running a bit late" maybe there actually will be 2020 C7 ZR-1s but that's pure speculation on my part.
