I keep hearing how old Corvette owners are these days.

How old are the folks buying ZR1s?

56 - and a woman

Bought my 1st Corvette with 22 years in 84 - a 73 Coupe - and since that day I was infected with the virus....

Sold some over the years but still have - besides the ZR1 - a 72 Convertible 454 Sunflower Yellow matching numbers, a 1999 black Convertible and a 2016 Z06 Convertible in Laguna Blue - and love them all. I recently sold my 2005 black/red Convertible which I had for 13 years and still miss her

Ordered the ZR1 at 51 and took delivery at 52, but I have owned many other corvettes (all used,) and have had a corvette since I was 16. This was the first "new car" I have ever purchased.

65 here. Just brought mine back from the NCM MSP event yesterday. Haven't driven track for 2 years and first time with new ZR1 on track. The car is a dream! After 15 years of tracking a C5Z I will find it difficult to chose which one to take from now on. Although the car is riding on Micheling Pilot Sports (took the cups off) it was so natural to attain a lateral G of 1.56 max and top speed of 145.7 mph (according to cosworth data) and this in track/sport 2 - no A/H. What a car, never upset at all. Thanks, corvette team!

Correction: the car was in track/tpm2. It did have A/H. The little squiggley lines don't mean A/H is off.
