The Corvette Action Center keeps the C7 Corvette ZR1 Registry updated with ZR1s for sale on a daily basis. If you browse the listings, and sort the Profile Updated column, you can see the most recent ones:

The Profile Updated column has no relationship to cars available for sale. The Status column is meaningless as it shows for sale unless the owner registered his/her name in the registry.

I didn't say that you can't buy a used ones. When you do, make sure you do your research first, including the history of the car. Looking at AutoTrader listing is not 'research'. If you think a car with a salvage title or a car that was beat since day one is worth the same as a pampered car you're mistaking. I'm convinced the ZR1 will not appreciate like the Ford GT did, but a nice example will always bring higher prices than the C7 Z06 or the C8 Stingray.

Really? Seems pretty self explanatory to me.

Obviously, if the Profile update date, is recent then that means the status of the car was updated....

Really? Why don't you count how many are 'For Sale' in the Status column. Hint: over 1,200. Clearly, you can't count on the Status column to determine if the car is for sale. Profile Updated just means that, Profile updated. It doesn't mean it is for sale.

The OP is looking for ZR1s that are for sale and wants to track ones that are currently for sale. Why would I count how many are "For Sale" in the Status column? THE POINT IS TO LOOK AT THE MOST RECENT DATE AND THE STATUS.

If the profile updated date is 03-28-2020 and the status is FOR SALE - then it means that as of 03-28-2020 the damn car IS FOR SALE.

Duh?

How many times do I have to tell you the Status column is NOT correct or current by any means. The Profile Updated will change whenever someone updates their PROFILE with any information, regardless of the Status. Whenever this database was generated most of the cars started out as 'For Sale'. Since then, people who updated their Profile may have changed the status as well. To this day over 1,200 cars are still listed as For Sale. A car with Profile Updated with date 03-28-2020 and the status is For Sale could be for sale, but not necessarily is for sale. Buying a 2019 ZR1 was never as simple as buying a Chevy Malibu. It requires diligent research and some effort. A little more than a few clicks on AutoTrader or CAC. How many of these cars will come up for sale in the near future due to the stalled economy is yet to be seen, but currently I don't see a LOT of cars for sale. 1% of all ZR1s listed for sale is not a LOT. The OP asked if new ZR1s are still available. I seriously doubt you will find ANY new ZR1 for sale there. Show me or the OP 1!

I found cars.com to be more up to date than chevrolet.com and most other public search engines during my search for new and used 2019 ZR1 last year. This is the current using OP's appx location relevant nearest.

And how many times do I have to tell you, the cars with the most recent dates ARE CORRECT? THE ENTIRE COLUMN IS NOT CORRECT UNLESS THE REGISTRY IS NOTIFIED OF A CHANGE OR A ZR1 APPEARS FOR SALE ON ONE OF THE MANY FOR SALE SITES THAT ARE TRACKED ON A DAILY BASIS BY THE CAC?

#2673 was just updated in the Registry as FOR SALE on 03-28-2020

Here's the listing: https://www.corvetteworlddallas.com/...7c22f9e7fc.htm

Why don't you call Corvette World and verify if the damn car is still for sale. Please post your results here.

THAT was the reason for my post. TRACKING AVAILABLE INVENTORY.

There are ZR1s that still pop up for sale - never registered, that have been sold from dealer to dealer. Yes, they are rare. Those are updated in the Registry as they appear on a daily basis. Yes, the chances of finding a left-over ZR1 sitting on the same delivering dealer lot are slim, but for the purpose OF TRACKING AVAILABLE INVENTORY, the Registry is doing that on a daily basis by following most of the FOR SALE sites out there and updating the Registry accordingly.

We're just trying to help people who are still looking for one. The new ones are gone, but you can still buy used ones. A lot of ZR1's for sale to me would be around 10% of all cars. We have nowhere near that many available. As pointed out by others of the 49 'listed', perhaps half of those are still available. When I looked at used cars being sold, I could not find one that I liked (either wrong options or beaters). I did pass on Streetspeed717's original car. Could've driven it home the same day.

FYI... StreetSpeed717s Car was never for sale...I know, because I broker all of SS717 cars including both Orange ZR1's

That "might" be because they belong to one of the bosses at those locations...even though technically still listed as "owned" by the Dealership. There was a Red one in Missouri I was looking at buying last September...and that was the case.

Matt, the car was offered to me at Faulkner and I declined. It had a busted front splitter, the wrong rear wing and we all know how it was broken in. They offered me an allocation to order one, but could not agree on my trade-in value. I ordered one in Maryland which I still have. I visited your dealership, but you didn't have any allocation at the time.

Most of these are not for sale (owner's car). I know the one at Viva Chevrolet sits in a corner under a cover and not being sold. The listing you showed shows up on chevrolet.com, but not on the dealer's website. I'm sure if you offered 20 over sticker they might consider selling them, but they are not being advertised to sell. I know you could pick up one at Manheim, but the new ones are pretty much gone.

Just to clarify, your example #2673 shows 2,372 miles, hardly a new car. I'm not looking for one at this time, still have the one I bought a year ago. I still think tracking available inventory on CAC is not all that accurate since they still show 1,200+ for sale. I admire your willingness to help the OP in his search.

As range96 said above my post, the Viva car is likely not for sale under normal terms (meaning for a reasonable price). I tried to buy that car at the end of last year and was told the owner of the store was keeping it. I called again a couple weeks later, and they wouldn't even return my call about that car. I ended up buying a different car and stopped at Viva on my cross country drive home for my first service. Their story was the same, and it sat tucked in the back corner of the garage with a cover over it. At that point the service writer had no reason to feed me a line since I was having my ZR1 serviced by them. If you throw enough money on the table, I imagine there is a price.

Guys, thank you to everyone for their sincere help. I hope that we are all still friends here. You have given me more research to do. Wish I could find black, blue, red, orange ZTK auto coupe closer to my house. Thank you again. Paul
