Default 2019 ZR1 dead again

Tadge, I'm a paraplegic that depends on my car getting me back to my garage . One reason why I buy new Vettes only. When I leave home I can't get out until I get back home. First time I had to get it towed in is when the battery went dead just after 3 days of running it for about 6 hours. Today I had to have itt towed to the dealer because it died while idling in a drive through getting a cup of coffee. It showed 3 messages 1) Engine Power is Reduced 2) Rear Axle System Off 3) Stabilitrak I am very concerned about the reliability of this car. I really absolutely love everything else about it. I never expected so much attention from children to older people. However, I don't feel whatever the dealer does can make me trust it again. 1G1Y53D99K5800048

IF you suspect it's infact a 'Lemon', start researching your state's Lemon Law.
Pay attention to what needs to occur to evoke it. Now.
Forewarned is forearmed.

Hope for the best and prepare for the worst is all I can recommend.
Otherwise, dealer has a chance to remedy issue(s).
Providing, they can effect repair(s) w/in the time restraints as dictated by law.

What did your dealer say after the first issue? Have you replaced the battery? How long does your car sit? For the second issue, what has the dealer said?

Did you intend to make the post to this forum, or did you mean to put it on the "Ask Tadge" forum. If you didn't post this in the "Ask Tadge" forum, I'd repost it there for sure.

Also, you have a very low serial number so it is possible that car has some problems related to being such an early saleable unit build. 00048 had to have been built in the first or second week of ZR1 production.

Besides having the car at the dealer for repairs of the same problem a second time, I'd look into what's necessary to demand a buy-back in your State. Also, I'd call Chevrolet Customer Assistance, explain your problem and ask that they starte a "case" for you.

I would start with a new battery, then have the dealer investigate the 3 error messages (trouble codes). A weak, marginal battery can create all kind of error codes. I see a Battery Tender (trickle charger) in your future.

Exactly what I would do.

Why not let the dealer replace the battery under warranty?

Of course. I just commented what the sequence of event should be. Many times the techs make you 'run around' first...
