Just out of curiosity looked it up on kbb (which we can debate is directional but is the general consumers best tool) and the price is very reasonable for a private party sale.
Adding on the value of the extended warranty which does make a difference and the car is certainly fairly priced...60k is low balling

OP said he plans to trade it in soon, curious on what the dealer will give. He’ll at least receive a tax break there.

If that was the case, why had the car not sold? The market will dictate the price…the proof is in the pudding. First year model, will go for 60-65k imo, which is not a lowball.
