If that's the sticker sheet for what the OP posted, hard pass.
It's not an HTC. It's a coupe with CF wheels and top and GFX. So 22k of **** that I wouldn't want for free.
The 3LZ HTC with blacktop canopy I spec'd out was 10k cheaper than that spec sheet.

Good as an ERAY track car, maybe why the build with ZER etc.... My order is way cheaper as you noted..

I never signed an agreement with any language like that in it.
I'm also not sure it matters, but I am curious. I'm not interested in selling my ERay, but does anyone know? Could/would they cancel the warranty on my car if they can't prove I was aware of a penalty for selling it?

Have NOT SEEN anything that says I can't sell mine tomorrow with full warranty! Now it is possible it was one of the GM Exec/Employee cars built ~September for them to drive and report any issues etc. It was stated they were built as if they were being sold and would be at some point. Don't know if that is the reason.Or maybe it was the early E-Ray Hagerty got and Jason Cammisa MC'd the video where it beat a Ferrari, Lambo AND C8 Z06. Or maybe the one C&D tested?
