Default Oil pressure drop ?

60 psi at startup, cold. At idle when warmed up , oil temp around 197 - pressure drops to around 30 psi. The hotter the temp climbs, the more the pressure drops.I get the whole viscosity issue as oil gets hotter and hotter. What is considered " normal pressure " on a Sc'd car . Florida car ( so hot as f*ck ) down here. Paxton blower with intercooler,meth kit, stock fan and radiator as i have not installed the Dewitts yet with dual SPAL, waiting for some cooler weather hopefully to do the install.I was racing another Z the other day for a short sprint and as soon as I got to the stop light my temps starting shooting up and kept rising as I sat waiting for the green light, and oil pressure starting dropping also. Can't really enjoy the car as if I get it into boost, it makes matters worse on the CT and OP. Pressure climbs right back on when I take off. I am hoping this radiator and fan install will take care of the issue. It's like I have to baby the car in order to keep the temps and oil pressure somewhat stable. The location of the oil pan next to the Cat does not help with heat. Any other hints at how to get this lowered, sucks not being able to drive this thing like it should be driven. My thoughts on fixing the issue = , Rad/fan install, new oil cooler with dedicated fan and relocated to avoid all the heat passing from the IC, radiator, ac right to the stock cooler, maybe remove the stat all together, along with a 75 water/25 coolant mix ? What am I missing. This thing has ZERO problems heating up fast, so removing the stat is not a concern to me, . Advice from the Pro's ??
