Surging After SC Installation
For the ZO6, your kind of screwed, you will probably be forced to tune VVT.
Tuning is really not that hard. What's hard is fixing a bad tune. Best advise would be for who ever does it, return the stock tune file and start over if its a real mess.

I just want to say. When doing a install of this magnitude things get very complicated if not done carefully.
Not sure if they dropped the engine out to perform installation or did it with the engine still in car.
I have ran into similar problems in the past at the track and after builds. The problems I noticed was the installers were being very aggressive taking off the electrical connections snapped clips and pulling the wires. After testing all connections sure enough they have pulled wires from the harness/plug/pin or whatever you call it. Had to buy new engine harness 4 out of the 8 times. Cut off the piece in question and replace it the proper way.
Not having the correct signal being sent. All the cars would experience very strange things that could only be related to electrical issues. A mechanical issue would be very obvious.
Or it could be as simple as having the tune redone by someone else who has installed your same kit more times than the shop you had it done at. Not all corvette performance shops have the best technicians it could be that simple.
Just my input. I know how frustrating it is to save, wait & be disappointed for a extended period of time.
Overall very satisfied with the Calloway package. And I still have my factory GM warranties in place.
