BTW I dont agree with that second artcile... The Boxster and Cayman are reliable and the 91-2004 Acura NSX were all very reliable mid engine cars...
the prototype mule body is shaped like an NSX... wasnt the C5 originally taking some inspiration from the NSX also? I wasnt a fan of the C4 but the C5's on made me like vettes

Yes: the Corvette will be a mid-engine unit, at some point, but just not that car. That's a test mule.
I would be willing to bet (the Gentlemen's Bet) that it will look more like the previous Daytona Prototype and not a spin-off of the C7 cars.
