I’ll happily take this as my 2020 Corvette ME. Just remove the Cadillac badge, give it a Corvette emblem, do 15 years of aero advancements (the Cadillac Cien Concept came out in 2002) please.

Same here.

It was and is a stunning design.
It's too bad it never showed up in dealerships.

May not be too far off.

Hoping for some really nice lines and sculpted form.

That mid engine Saleen looks fantastic! If they can do a mid engine at 100k, I see no problem GM making a mid engine corvette at 70k. I think they have the resources and technology available!

I agree!! That car looks ok, but not for me. From the specs it looks like the C7 is already a faster more powerful car. If the ME were to use a 4 cylinder motor like that car can't you already hear the bitchin. We need a professional opinion from ironman

I was looking at different super cars and it struck me that the Hennessy Venom F5 shares many similar lines as the ME mules so I did an overlay to see what would happen if the proportions were changed a bit to make it a bit more user friendly.

Didn't spend too much time on it. Just wanted to see how it would look a bit less extreme and with the mule roof-line and proportions.

It won't be nearly as exotic-looking IMO.
We're talking about Corvette here...
My Corvette is sufficiently exotic looking for me. Here it is next to a Ferrari. I think it holds its own in the visually striking dept.

Seen the McClarens. Their front luggage compartment cannot hold a set of golf clubs. If Chevy’s ME cannot hold my clubs then this is not a car for me no matter what it costs. Let’s hope for the best.

NO WAY would GM put an engine that small in the ME...they're not morons.

It does hold up...at least from that angle.
BTW, the 458 is a design at least 10 years old now.

IF you're talking about the Fiero, then you're talking about a design 35 years old and isn't applicable to this discussion.

Sorry?
If anyone thinks the Fiero is cogent to this the discussion, then by all means let's bring it into the discussion and compare it to the ME...

Sorry, I don't know you well enough to tell.
You should have done what the gentleman below suggests...

No problem like I said in post 27 they would be making a big mistake if they went the 4 cylinder route.
