The biggest plot twist would be if the final product is in fact FE and not ME. (highly unlikely given the cars design and current proportions but I would genuinely find it hysterical if they somehow pulled that one off. Sure had me fooled if so.) That being said, looking past whatever is on the car under the camouflage, it really won't make that much of a difference the way they're driving now, to me they're just feeling it out. Not running through its paces or anything. Also the general shape is still corvette, at least in the sense of the C7 and looking past the camo the outline fits the trend.

Also using a decent CFD program you can model out the car with a lot of added padding and not alter much of the actual aero design characteristics. (More than likely constrain drag, flow etc and alter shapes allowing the program to solve for other values to create that constrained output.) Couple that with the camo and a little goes a very long way, I think there may be a lot more padding under that camo than everyone thinks. Just my opinion, exhausted and trying to fall asleep. So if none of that makes sense it probably doesn't.

much more aggressive and pointy nose, got a bit of mach 5 going on there but very elegantly done.

Love the look and I agree if they look as good as these, they will do well

Time for a sexy vette again that rivals the exotics for 1/3 the cost. That formula works well for most.

You should be careful about posting too many negative posts all over the forums (apparently in every thread). You will have too much crow to eat when it is unveiled. (And then when you buy one and start talking it up.)

Edit: Also, you are scared too easily. Why is everything "scary" to you?

This thing has the antithesis of a "pointy nose." It's pointy alright, but the point is 3 feet off the ground.

I like the latest rendering by FVS. I believe it is very close. It may not get everyone excited but when we see it in person it will be an entirely new world of Corvette for us.
I am excited. It will be bad ***. Don't worry, every Corvette looks good and even the C4 can be made to look good. This car will Rock.

The C4 has a thing going on where you kind of just accept it for what it is. Its unmistakably a corvette but its just lame. It sort of incorporates all of the aspects every corvette before and after it though. I still don't like mine. But the pinstripe makes the thing look a lot better. I will say the clamshell hood is cool as hell though. Had I not been born, dad would still have his 77. (Much like the C4, I get blamed for a lot of the things that have happened over the years...)

from that rear angle I think the c6 c7 would look similarly boxy. also it's a high rear end because there is storage back there too.

twin turbo DCT C8Z and you can take all my money GM.

^^^^^^^^^^

Does the *** end of my wide body C6 Z06 look as big as the *** end of the mid engine? And my C6 has a ton of storage space in the rear.
