Default What do ya'll think the rear will look like exactly?

I've seen a ton of renders that focused on the front of the car, but I am really interested what the rear really looks like. Everyone is saying it looks like a Camaro but honestly I think it will look a lot different when its revealed. Maybe someone with photoshop knowledge can make take a jab?

I mean, its what Porsches and Ferraris will be seeing

Remove the bolt on 1980 rear spoiler, add active areo, change out the square exhaust tips and add the real taillights and paint then I think we will be fine. If not I will be backing mine in when I park it.

Its gonna look too busy. Whoever approved of those exhaust tips and spoiler should kill themselves.

Thx a bunch. I think without the camo allowing for the light to work the shapes around the neck end that would be my preference, spoiler delete! Think the Spider will looked even better without considering the buttress design.

maybe it will be an active aero... then it would look a lot like this minus the air vents in the rear bumper clip

I'm sorry, but the C8 back end looks way to much like this. They need to move the Corvette design studio out of the GM Design Center, preferably Italy, where we can get some unique design work being done.

Or they could stay in the US and let the guys at Aria Group handle this

That looks a hell of a lot better than what the camo car is implying. I’m still holding out some hope that they are hiding a good design, but it’s not looking good.

There’s a lot of extra mass on the rear end of those IVERs running around.
A few things that are confirmed:
1. The taillights wrap around the sides of the bumper
2. The vents can be seen from the side of the bumper
3. The diffuser slightly extends past the rest of the bumper
4. The exhaust tips are the real deal

There should be no reason for the tail lights to wrap around the sides - this isn’t a Nissan Altima. The back of this car is going to be hideous unfortunately.
