I might as well talk to the f....g trees. Just unbelievable stupidity and ignorance displayed here with the exception of only two besides me. Golly.
The only thing American on this car is the money and the V12 North Star engine. It was totally conceived designed and built in England by Englishmen.
Just a few of us know.
Along with everything else.
What's the matter with you? Those look like great big **** to me. Big f...n ****.
He would love to do it, but because of me, he won't. He actually pays more attention to me than anybody else.
Hey fellers, you are forbidden to quote me in your responses to Chaz's posts. I live rent free inside his confused head. Since our friend has no understanding of the dynamics of a car, he places inner ducting mounts on the outer surface of the 1/4 panel because he doesn't understand CAD files. Don't let pretty pictures fool you. Do you understand what he is doing in this video? I see right through this phony? He leads you down his own garden path.
In other words, go away. Why the double standard? "I know one person who won't agree. But he is on my ignore list. Try not to quote his posts. I don't care to see them." Are you the president of his fan base?
Oh, so " f--- off Shaka. Seriously." and "I know one person who won't agree. But he is on my ignore list. Try not to quote his posts. I don't care to see them." are obviously acceptable to you.
You are cleared for a sexual departure.

At first I was confused because if they were standing next to an undisguised C8, then why not just take a photo of the exterior? Then the blurs - hiding the inconvenient parts of the photoshop that don't quite fit. Plus the side glass looks fake. And the reflections in the paint are lawn, not beach. And that interior shot looks to be a clay mockup, not the finished product. I doubt prototypes run around with clay interiors. Overall though, I did have to look twice, so props to the artist here.
Honestly, it wasn’t meant to deceive, but to entice. I even referred to it as a graft. I suppose it could’ve been a little bit more descriptive. But once the clock strikes midnight, I’m just trying to post and get to bed.
In reality, the perspective it’s a rendered at is unpossible. It was just supposed to be a crop of the inside, but the outside part of the render window looked pretty cool, so I captured it too. And, yeah, my reflection map for the inner doorsill was doing something pretty wonky, I think my normals weren’t flipped on the doorsill. Again, midnight.
As far as the blurs go, It wasn’t to hide inconvenient parts that don’t fit. It was just to match up the security blurs of the original photo. I have been working under the assumption that it is a clay mark up, too. And, oh my god yes, the glass on the side door window looks really fake. I even tried to disguise the blockiness with smears. I’ve since messed with the refraction settings and beveled the edges so renders going forward will have better looking windows. I’m an honest cheater, I worked the photo to make it fit my image better, especially the A pillar and the width and position of the steering wheel.
I spent tonight tightening up the door model, I had hoped to get to some of the door panel modeled, but time ran out. No renders tonight.

The designer is pleased...
A good friend of mine who is a decades long personal friend with one of the ME’s designers, last week talked to that designer as they together looked over the then recent ME renderings, and without sharing any more, the designer has enjoyed the renderings getting closer to the real car.

Melting Slicks
I see trimmer fascia’s- The front’s boxy corners removed and the rear’s corners much more rounded. Maybe wishful, but it still appears to me the ME will be curvier than Chazcron’s render.
Plus, a very different side scoop with a much, much smaller ramp from door scoop, not the “break off piece” that we see now.

Random lines, Ha. You haven't a clue how I printed this model. Pretty soon you will see the real car. The full size body buck has been milled and I'm locating it on the chassis which is also of my design. How do you suppose I created the hard file for the buck? You and your buddies will never know. There is one member here that is more clued up than I am. You aught to see his work. You may recognize him by the most informative information on the C8 that he provides.

Only so much room in the rear as those Blackwing turbo intercoolers take space!

Thanks to another forum member here are the CADs in all their glory. Center top row clearly shows the horns in the center under the bumper impact absorber. Bottom center and bottom right clearly show side mount radiators and a nice deep frunk. The ring cars are the real deal; no center grill. The paint shop fascia must have a separate insert piece to fill the area.

The "high feature" motors will be Blackwings with the heads flipped and side-mount turbos.

It will have to be configured for a ME. More room for larger intercoolers, free extra hp!

Notice there are red circles and arrows highlighting possible sources of squeaks and rattles, which the automakers are hyper-sensitive about.

That was suggested quite a while ago. Its how Cadillac could say the BW will be exclusive to them. Corvette will use the block but w reversed heads, externally mounted turbos, different intake, cam profile(s), and calibration.
