I'm privy to some secret stuff so I'm passing it along.

The Corvette C8's name will be "Manta Ray," or "Man-Ray" for short.
The C7 will remain the primary Corvette model. GM have built up C7 inventory so they can switch over to full time C8 production to fulfill initial demand.

The price will shock and disappoint many: $425,000 is a go. GM management wants to take on Ferrari and Lamborghini head on. You can all imagine the amazing equipment they can pack into a Corvette for $425K.

Let the games begin.

One more thing...I've sat in the C8 so here's a sketch of the interior. Sorry but I'm not any good at drawing.
