Those are facts. If you don't agree on these basic set of facts, then you are wasting my time debating with me.
Drastic oversimplification. You completely leave out the technology shift that has happened where it is now much more possible to offshore jobs that you used to have to be local for.

It's hysterical when someone defines what the "facts" are, and then claims moral and intellectual superiority... then takes their ball and goes home.

It's hysterical when someone gets butthurt about generalizations, then makes a ton of them.

I'm not here to just argue for sake of arguing.

What's weak is your superiority complex.

Jobs started going overseas in the 90s and has progressively gotten worse over time. I don't understand your point. Of anything you're supporting my argument..

You conveniently left out my other major points however

Wait till ya look back in 20 years and see what things look like, hint it's not going to be any better.

At the rate we are going, yes, probably true unfortunately

Now automation is taking over a lot of jobs, where before it was cheap labor overseas taking jobs.

With all that said, my entire point is I'd appreciate if this forum would stop consistently attacking twenty to thirty year olds as lazy P.O.S.

Thanks

I'm 47 and I see where ya are coming from but the older generation thought the same of mine, and my dads dad thought the same of his. I have always followed the "if it don't apply to me I don't make it about me" you should consider doing the same.

When I look back 20 years most everything was about half the price as now on average, so that puts me at about your age, 27. Look back another 20 years and guess what, most everything is about half the cost again. Healthcare is a mess but its not just your generation taking the hit. When I was a kid my parents, dad was a mill worker, didn't even have a co-pay, for anything as far as mom remembers. then everything changed and co-pays came into play and they were getting screwed by insurance companies. Life isn't easy and won't get easier, focus on the controllable and live your life as happy as possible. Oh and do your work for retirement cause who knows what will be there when its time and the years go fast!!!!

Some people just have to whine & they will always find something to whine about, common thread in every generation. The others just get up in the morning & do.

In general, I find generalizations to generally refer to what we would refer to as a general opinion of one generation to the next, generally speaking, that is....
