Nice post! Loving that last Instagram video! Is it me or do the first car sound different from the last 2? Or is it just because they were not getting on it like the last 2?

Definitely DC Transmissions.

I work near Newport Beach, CA and hear DCT Lambos, Audis, Porsches, BMWs, Ferraris, McLarens, etc. every day and these sound exactly the same when shifting gears as the C8s in this video.

I agree. The shape of the scoop is definitely along the lines of the Aria.

That blue C7.5 is serious stuff ....it was specially made for 3 forum members....super low production..Not even Hendricks could purchase one.

That looks like final stage testing to me ...
NYC debut is starting to look extremely probable.

From this enhancement of the ME #2 Car you can see that it looks like a HT with a center located rear camera. That point starts what appears to be a rib (split window) starting just below. However, to me it looks too skinnny and does not tapper from the top extending down, at least where I can discern. My verdict is this could possibly be just a rib to support the Camo cover in the middle. Need better evidence.

Exciting times. Can't wait to see the final product and test drive it. It's funny to me how we all get so excited on a new car release, but in 15 to 20 years will be bashing the thing for being crap, cheap, too slow, boring, fill in the blanks. How many 'vette models can you name that fit this pattern?

Believe that is the convertible you are looking at.

From this angle, the front has a lot of C3 inspiration.

They may be testing different engines. Also I wouldn't be surprised to see them have a more aggressive AFM in eco mode where it locks them in 4 or 6 cylinder mode to try and save gas at certain speeds or throttle positions. Could be hearing the 4 and 6 cylinder modes.

Cylinder deactivation makes a ton of sense for the different noises. Good thinking
