Our tipster says engineers worked for about 20 or 30 minutes to get the mule restarted before giving up and covering the car. They then waited for a tow truck to bring the C8 back to its home at GM’s Milford Proving Grounds.

I truly cannot understand ... how anyone that knows what this car is ... Sees it broke down at the gas station, a couple pumps over, ... and does not walk over with cell phone video rolling, and take a look for themselves? I mean, ... there's just one lady with the hood/trunk open. How do you not walk over and take a look for yourself!!!???
