Boy from that 1st pic side view, the whole side door, lower valence, and upper rear fender look phony or plastered on.

I.m guessing the 7-18 reveal will confirm that the huge side scoop we've been seeing on the mules to be an "add-on" and the real intake to be integrated into the body. If in fact it is not, then I hope the GM design team did a better job of sizing and situating it so as to not look so out of place on what has the potential to be a awesome looking ME Corvette.

Assuming the one with solid black on door had the date for the drive in NYC... Why would they cover it up?

Thanks Corvette_Nut for continuing to provide us some fun “interims” — while we wait. Just saw a post from FVS that we are now down to just below 750 hours.

You are everywhere Corvette_Nut. How about if you visit my house in the Pacific Northwest (free room and board until the reveal), and we go C8 stalking. With your luck, we won’t even need one tank of gas between now and 7.18.19, but would reel in/capture several pictures every day.

Thank you.

Are there better pictures of the silver split spoke wheels seen in post 194?

Wow, that 1st picture shows more arch in the rear fender peaks than any other pics have shown.

I haven't seen any... most of the pics of that wheel are black. That was the first one I'd seen of it being all silver. Some were saying it was a 3rd wheel, but I showed that it was the same wheel as the black one.

This might be my favorite camo'd photo yet - looks ridiculously smooth with no spoiler on there.

Had an awesome moment last Friday in Milford, MI. I was driving my C6 around town after meeting with a friend from work. Driving home, opposite direction... a C8 beauty coming right at me! I got a wave as I pump my first outside of my car in excitement.

It looks so much better sans spoiler... C7 was the same IMO. I wish you could get a Z51 with a spoiler delete option.

^^^^
Amen.
I wanted a Z51 equipped C7, went up the chain with local and then regional reps, trying to get BGA to build me a "spoiler delete" Z51 convertible. In the end, no dice so I ordered a base suspension convertible.
While the most recent pictures have shown a much less bulky (less padding under the camo?) rear spoiler, I still don't like it. I keep hoping it's active!!!!

PS. On the wheel front (according to the leaked "order guide"), the wheel choices listed are:
Split spoke in Bright silver
Split spoke in Carbon Flash
Split spoke with machined faces (and sterling silver)
Trident spoke (Spectra Grey) with machined faces (this is the wheel we see most of the time)
