Z51 + high wing...do we get 2 spoilers????
I'm understanding the high wing spoiler is an option that is installed NOT at the GM factory but at the dealership.
Since that's the case, if one orders a Z51 car (which comes with the z51 spoiler) AND ALSO ORDERS the high wing spoiler $1,150, only logical to assume ??

Yes, Harlan confirmed this in a recent video. He said all cars come off of the line complete, so Z51 will have the Z51 spoiler when it comes off of the assembly line even if high wing is ordered.

So then it gets delivered to the local dealer who takes the z51 spoiler off and installed the high Wing spoiler. And thus 2 spoilers?????

With the Z51 option you get the (T0A) Z51 rear spoiler and front splitter.
The high wing spoilers are LPO dealer installed options. Look in my spreadsheet if you're interested in seeing all the options in one place.

We are not going to know exactly how this situation is handled until the first Z51 car gets a "high wing" replacement and we will see what GM tells the dealer to do with the replaced Z51 spoiler. Up to this point there is just a lot of speculation based on an off handed remark by Harlan.

Lets understand how the (5DF) 2 sets of wheels works. With that option you get two sets of wheels and only one set has tires mounted. The car comes from the factory with the "Bright Silver Open Spoke" wheels and tires. The "Accessory Black Trident" wheels come in boxes with no tires. A completely different situation and not close to analogous.

Yes.... you get two spoilers. Just watch the video linked above. No need to debate this one over and over and over.

So you really think that Harlan knows everything about the minutia of the ordering process. He's a big picture guy. And if you watch the video that everyone thinks is gospel, what he said was sort of an afterthought and surely wasn't something that should be taken as a hard fact. As I've said before, time will tell.
