1st time I've noticed a C8 with "Mud Flaps" on it. Anybody seen a Code for those?

After looking at C8 from rear, not a bad idea if your going to be tracking car.

As for the High Wing goes, I did not look at it as option I wanted at 1st, but after playing with it on the Visualizer, and looking at it from different angles, I chose to order it to gives the C8 a little attitude with my color of Choice, White. I also went with body color, on it, to make it standout less at 1st glance.

These pics look a bit better, but still not loving it. The 4 posts are brutal and I don't care for how curved it is.

It has 4 posts to coincide exactly with the z51 mounting points, don't kid yourself.

I think they just wanted to offer an alternative to the Z51 wing. They probably based the high wing on mounting it using the existing Z51 holes.

They absolutely did. And the design is hampered by the the rear hatch trunk access. Compromises.

Omg these tacky add ons to a design. Corvette has 100% officially jumped the Shark (I think the moment they tried to justify that button wall was the beginning.)

If you don’t like it, don’t buy it. The button wall allows the hvac vent under the display screen while keeping minimum dash/display height.

It would look better if the two outboard posts were not solid. Putting a big squircle hole in them would lessen their apparent size and tie them style wise to the race car. As is they appear to be too large and bulky, though I like the aggressive style of the wing sitting on them.

I still think a laid back extended "tail" or full lip spoiler will look best, the aftermarket will probably come up with something that utilizes the Z51 mounting points.

That is an excellent idea, build them and I will buy them!

From those pictures I do like it.

As for the extra mounts, they are needed to support the wing from bending at speed, as well transfer the force it generates down to the body - without bending/flexing.

I think it would look better if it was like this, maybe a little smaller...

I'm back and forth every day - like many have said, dont like the 4 posts; looks a bit awkward at certain angles. Have it ordered currently but may take it off. Want to see it in person 1st.

Every other wing in the world is mounted via two posts. They absolutely do not require 4 posts to support the wing. What they do have to do is utilize all 4 holes in the rear that will be left from the standard z51 spoiler. Two posts roughly centered would support it just fine.

Just like the Z51 option, if you are not going to track it you don't need it!

Of course I will probably never track mine and I have my convertible ordered with Z51.

Agree 100%. The ZL1 1LE has 3 and that’s the max you’d want to see.

2 like on the GT2 or GT3 or Zr1 is even better looking ....
