Hmm, some of us "Old Timers" stay in shape. At 78 still exercise 7 days a week. Have my own gym in my Man Cave/Office so no excuse! Would feel guilty if I didn't follow my 3 day routine where on "Back Abs" Day, like today, in addition to 3 sets of 10 Lat Pull Downs, do 3 sets of 10 Pull-Ups. That's followed with Crunch's for Abs and to balance with Lower Back on a Roman Chair. Followed by 35 minutes on a Treadmill.

Been doing that every day for ~35 years! Just trying to stay in shape. Turn 19 when I slip into the C8! Have had Vette's as DDs since my 1st a 1988.
