What are arguing about?
YOU said "intoxicated", the police report did NOT use the word "intoxicated"
PBT...hmmm.let's see
Profit before tax?
Problem behavior therapy?
Polybutylene Terephthalate?
Oh, got it:
Preliminary breath test....
Which STILL does not mean INTOXICATED (.08 BAC). If these 2 geniuses were OVER the legal limit (and you KNOW they tested them once they SMELLED alcohol), don't you think they would have been charged? Seriously.

Different states have different standards. In some states you can be as low as .02 and be considered 'impaired' if not outright intoxicated, I'm willing to bet GMs limit while driving company cars is 0.00. We don't know what they were at, and it's possible the cop cut them a break since he knew they'd be losing their jobs over this. What they did was ******* stupid, and adding alcohol to it just made it more stupid. But go ahead and keep acting like I'm the ******* here.

Good mug shots (courtesy of WNKY40 in Bowling Green). They deserved to be thrown in jail.
Yeah these two guys are toast. Their careers at GM are over. They’ll be discharged from their jobs and shown the door first thing Monday morning. When you drive companies cars at GM you have to sign documents containing rules and behaviors deemed acceptable and “unacceptable”. GM doesn’t tolerate abuse of that. They’re very strict about it. These two were just plain idiots.
So let’s see ...
- Excessive speeding in company vehicle
- Driving after drinking in company vehicle
- Reckless driving in company vehicle

Oh, well as long as they were .079999 or lower, then I was completely wrong

And if you think the patrolman "cut them a break" (if they were legally impaired) well, that's just ignorant....
And the patrolman will probably get some crap from HIS boss for the Snapchat thing.

Enough of the sensationalized fake news and political nonsense.
Unfortunate situation on many counts. Let’s leave it at that and see how
things play out.
Hoping mr trophy cop gets fired!
