This stuff about 'now getting a Mustang SUV' or 'Jaguar' or (God forbid) a 'Land Rover' (just the thought of that gave me the runs) had me calling the dealer (consierge says they don't do this anymore???) and dealer said they double checked and everything is correct with the order. The issue may have been that the ZZ3 engine appearance package was listed at the top of the original order page but not checked off in the options list below and possibly Chevy corrected that.
Yep, I figured it was a simple discrepancy correction on the entered order that was "edited." Don't know why you were disturbed by the obvious joke posts.

I know it was a joke but because my departed MIL used to have a Land Rover that I had to hear complaints about. It had transmission (and other) issues that the dealer couldn't diagnose let alone fix. It had to be sent to a "special" Land Rover facility ($$$) on the other side of the state just for them to "guess" what was wrong with it (she never did that). There was, however, a great ending to that story. When she died one of the siblings, who was a major PIA over the estate, didn't want to buy it out of the estate with her share and instead raised hell about how she deserved to get it (over the others) for free. The executor finally gave in, just to shut her up, and gave it to her. Later on she complained that we all 'tricked' her and 'stuck' her with a defective car that couldn't be fixed on purpose. There is, at times, justice in the world.

This still cracks me up. LOL<
Actually I might not mind so much if it was a '67 2+2, as I think those are sweet.
Anyway we were also thinking the 're-edit' may have had something to do with museum delivery as our dealer (a smaller one that had one allocation left) had never done a museum delivery before and mentioned having 'some difficulty' because they were unfamiliar with it. My main hope, however, is that it means that it is "past" 2000 meaning we will, in fact, get a 2020 as we ordered late in December (due to having to wait to see the results of our investment portfolio). Can anyone confirm this (beyond 2000)?
