using good 3m Mylar at a minimum we get 4-5 yrs in FL on our trucks. I’ve seen 7-8 years in the northeast. When the wrap goes on a new vehicle, the car looks brand new when it is unwrapped. As long as the installer is good, they shouldn’t harm the existing surface at all. Literally preserves the car.
