I saw this color last year at the Bash, and it was overcast that day and it looked very drab, almost like primer. But these pics show it well and it is really stunning. I would definitely consider this for my E-ray (currently TBD)
This is what I ended up finding for 2021, coup totals, conv totals grand total for each external color.
The data I got is from c8tracker.com, which tallies it up from all released (sold cars) window stickers. I ran them again just now and that’s what it gave. @smithers would probably have a handle on this.

The numbers on C8tracker will be limited to US market cars since overseas market window stickers aren’t available, and the Canadian market window stickers are a bit of a mess. So the total for any color would be a little higher if it included cars for all markets.

Yeah, I knew this, good point: I hadn’t thought about the possibility of his chart including overseas production..I believe Canadians get about 10% of production from what I recall, so that would explain the discrepancy pretty nicely if you figured that they get most of them. I would imagine that European/Australian sales are not huge just because of the much high sticker prices over there.

I got a ticket earlier this year and the officer wrote BLACK as the color. Must have been an overcast day. These cars photograph BLUE most often, but purple under sodium vapor lighting at night.
Blue, green and purple flake in the paint really shows up in sunlight. I'm so lucky I got mine. (post # 168)

Yeah, I miss mine. Was bummed when they discontinued it, was fully intending to get my Z06 in that color.

Sorry guys, I misread the color. Shadow Gray Metallic has always been great. I was thinking of the new Seawolf Gray, which does look like primer.
I just picked up this low mileage 2021 HTC Z51 Sky cool gray with two tone seats
The color really stands out in the sun and like rarely of it. Sometimes it looks gray, sometimes a little blue and sometimes a little green.
I will miss my 2000 Pewter/gray coupe but can’t think of a better way to get over it 😂

I like the front fender hashes. They give it just that bit of accent to break up the visual. I went with silver, but yours, matching the brakes are a nice touch.
