I took a chance when ordering this new color not knowing what it would really look like. I have to say I couldn't be happier with the way it looks. Similar to the C7 shark gray but not as dark.

My new upcoming 2022 C8 is also this color, I love this new gray. My old 2016 C7 was the darker Shark Gray and I am glad that this new Hypersonic Gray is lighter.
What floor mats do you have, they look like an all-weather model.

Do you notice a green tint? Are you red / green colorblind?
Nice build JMCDude. I was thinking of HG with A/red interior. Natural looks exotic so now I'm not sure. Are those black calipers? Did you ever consider yellow calipers ?
I can't get over how different this color looks in different pictures and videos. Some make it look like a glimmering dark silver and others like a dark gray without much of the glimmering. I'm waiting to see this car in person as I can't grasp how the same color can look so different based on the lighting. Not sure if it really is the lighting, the camera angles or the type of camera being used to shoot the pics.
Perhaps some of the owners of the Hypersonic Gray can enlighten me.

I decided to spec my Hypersonic Gray exactly as I did my 458. Black interior w/ yellow stitching, yellow seatbelts and yellow brakes. I think gray, black and yellow look great together!

This is almost my spec! I opted for the full natural dipped interior.... looks amazing!!!

My 2016 C7 had the Kalahari interior, which is almost the same color as Natural.
So I wanted new interior colors for my new 2022 C8, so for the exterior I chose the new Hypersonic Gray Metallic and for the interior I chose the Sky Cool Gray with the GT2 seats and the 2-tone option, it will look like these pictures here:
