The NCM schedules deliveries starting at 2 weeks after the "born on date". So, you could get delivery by mid-September. Depending on where you want the courtesy delivery, it could be even later than the NCM delivery. It's probably too late to change at this point anyway.

Shane said they were already scheduling early Sept. guess they are a little behind or have a lot of NCM deliveries rather.

Corvette Blogger is reporting that 2022s will begin production Sept 6th. Will they be making 2021s along side of 2022s? Just wondering because I had a TPW of 9/13 (tentative).

@snappy28 Looking at what's happened with others, I think there is a good chance if you checked again with the museum, you might have some really good news.

That's really good news, thank you for doing this. Yours was the last one we have reported with a 9/13 tpw. So, it looks like the week of 9/6 is very likely to have some 2021's AND some 2022's included in it. If they do it like last year, the last 2021 will be followed by the first 2022 whenever that cutoff occurs. Heck, you might even have the "distinction" of being the last 2021.

I have been thinking that could be a distinct possibility for a while now. My allocation came in around 20 May, it was the week before Memorial day weekend. Do they build them in order of allocation distribution?

I figure maybe the first part of the week would be the last of the 21s and the end of the week would be the first of the 22s....

No, not specifically. They build them in whatever order they think is the most efficient for the factory, as well as other reasons, like color discontinuations, option availability, etc. That's why you see at times, where a later month allocation is built before an earlier month.

As far as being the last vin, I suppose you have a shot, but I wonder if someone who saw the guy with the last vin in 2020's auction (where it didn't meet reserve at $140K), didn't pay the extra $5K to "reserve" the last one, hoping to make money in a similar fashion. We'll probably never know though..

I don't know about that. I mean, these GM types are certainly creative. After all, look at the Corvair, Fiero, Vega, and Aztec....

Typically they move folks to 3400 on Thursdays, so you may need to wait until then for an update. Last week I didn't get the update to 3400 until about noon EST on Thursday.

Is your order with MacMulkin? Four went to 3400 yesterday and seven went today as of yesterdays date, and looks like only three remaining with no TPW which will probably go any day. I just went to 3400 with a TPW of 8/23 on 8/16 , but Shane at NCM has told me for awhile that my TPW was on 8/23.
