Default best looking spoiler on the c8..z51, low profile or no spoiler?

Thinking of getting a lt3 non z51 without a spoiler. Actually like it but what are peoples opinion on the spoiler? Whats the best spoiler? Any aftermarket even cheaper?

Easy answer. The best spoiler choice is the one you like. Affirmation by a bunch of highly opinionated internet strangers with equally highly divergent opinions won't change that. Or at least it shouldn't.

There is no right answer, except the one YOU like best. I would rank them this way:

3. Z-51
2. Low profile
1. No spoiler

I installed the accessory low profile spoiler on my non-Z51 HTC. No removal of the rear bumper or drilling holes. Attaches with 3M automotive tape and urethane adhesive.

I agree, OP don't you have an opinion on anything? You've started a thread on practically every aspect of your C8 build.

I'll also throw in the Z51 spoiler with added ACS Composite wickers option:

Least he didn't mention for the resale this time, probably to avoid it being added to the mega merge.

I my opinion the new low profile spoiler is by far the best looking spoiler or no spoiler at all.

Default low non-gm is best

Function aside (I doubt any of these would make any noticeable difference in performance for those who put them on) my opinion is that the lower-profile non-gm spoiler is the best looking. It transitions into the engine lid more gradually than the GM spoiler and thus softens the ugly rear aspect of the car more effectively. And it can be ordered after purchase and glued on, so you don't have to make your mind up about it pre-order. The only disadvantage of the non-gm spoiler is that it doesn't come painted in body color; you have to arrange for that on your own.

I'm also a big fan of the factory low spoiler in carbon flash. It's a bargain for 650 bucks including the front splitter all installed.

No disrespect meant, but I would rank them exactly the opposite - except 1 would be no spoiler and 2 would be low profile - and I've had some type of spoiler on all of my Corvettes except my C8.

Get what appeals to you...It really shouldn't matter what others like...

As far as what I like:
1 - Low profile (body color) spoiler
2 - No spoiler

* Not a fan of the Z51 spoiler or high spoiler options...Also none of the aftermarket spoilers currently offered appeal to me....

For me, it depends a bit on the color of the car. Some look better than others, but I'm in the "High Wing or Low Profile" camp myself,
I think both can look very good depending on the color combos, some look better than others on various color combinations.
I'm not a fan of the duckbill (at least on that car) at all.

RSC has a great looking ducktail spoiler. Best option imo.
