Look up the PowerStop Z23 and Z26 part numbers for a '22 Z51, they will be the same for a '23. The Z23 and Z26 pad compound is the same but the Z26 pads have metal backing shims like the OEM Z51 pads.

For Z26, fronts are Z26-8009 and rears are Z26-8010. Just put them on my 21 HTC about a month ago, and at the time, RockAuto was the cheapest place I found to get them.
