I agree, waiting is the hardest part. On the brighter side, with only six weeks to go until my car is delivered, time is flying by. I have a long list of things to do before we pick up the car, That makes the timeline seem shorter.
The weather gets better every day, I should say almost better, 6 inches of snow in Portland right now. The city is at a standstill today.

I thought my wait was over when I heard the car had been built - hallelujah it's almost here (I thought)!!!
My car was built on Monday, February 6th and it's still sitting there........ not on a truck yet.
Will I ever get my car??? It's a true test of patience. I suppose it will just make it that much sweeter when it does finally arrive.

I am still 3300 but my estimated build date is the 10th. I have Q9I wheels and I am worried they will hold me up.
Which wheels do you have? I think carbon fiber parts are limited also if anyone else is 3000/3300 that might be it?

Shane told me I'm now at 3300. I first emailed him in early Feb when I was in 3000 with a tentative TPW of 3/13. I guess its no longer tentative and was unaffected by the plant shutdown?

So I have a feeling that when I was given the tentative TPW at status 3000, they already had some clues that there would be a one week delay. That might be why a lot of people have kept their original TPW. Instead of getting it pushed back by one week as we would have assumed.

As a follow-up, he mentioned that I couldve been 3/06 if the plant wasnt shut down.

Edit: For example, I am still 3300 status, my TPW is still 2/27, but Shane tells me I am still good to have my car produced next week.

I have head that the TPW is not changed once set. At least what shows in the system. But Shane and other factor in shutdowns and such and give you a more realistic date.
Edit: For example, I am still 3300 status, my TPW is still 2/27, but Shane tells me I am still good to have my car produced next week.

So what I gather from that, is that beyond a certain status (3100 is available for sequencing) the TPW will not change even if there are shut downs. If your status is 3000 or below, TPW may change when there are delays.

what Shane told me is that TPW will not change once the car is sequenced.

I am just excited our cars will be built next week. Hoping no more hiccups of any kind.
