This is the set I have used. I have used it on my slingshot and my C8, no problems so far.

Since this comment seems to be directed to me why don't you educate us on proper use of a socket🤣 I'm interested since a have over 50 years experience

Someone just posted a link where you can buy this exact socket for $10 less (only $14.99): https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ut-socket.html

Or you can just use the regular length socket with a 1/2" extension in the length you desire.

I've always used SnapOn sockets and done the job by hand... no issues.

Snap on tools are pretty pricey. Good on you for affording the finer things….

this has been my philosophy for a long time, and our lugs & studs are all still good.

I use a breaker bar to loosen the lug nuts and then an impact to get them off. I hand install the nuts for a turn or so then set the impact for the lowest torque setting and spin them on. Then I use a torque wrench to tighten all 5 nuts to 50% of the torque valve, then 100% of the torque value. If I feel real 'picky" my second tighten is at 75% of the torque valve, then I do 100% torquing. Do not use any lubrication on the studs/nuts.
