Engine Start after Winter Hibernation

1 - Replace remote battery. Best results with Duracell but from Duracell.com, not Amazon. They are fresher.
2 - Foot off brake, press "Start". Car is on but not running.
3 - Leave the car on for four minutes. Take the time to cycle through several driver positions, verify seat mechanisms, wheel, mirror mechanisms are all functional.
4 - Turn off all HVAC.
5 - Power off the car. Replace battery in the SECOND remote.
6 - Repeat 2 and 3.
7 - Turn on HVAC.
8 - Return to first remote.
9 - Foot on brake, start car.
10 - Back up two feet, pull forward two feet.
11 - Turn off car.
12 - Start normally and enjoy!
(But I skip steps 1 through 11).
