Default Wheel offsets…

Looking to replace my ‘24 Stingray’s wheels. Tell me what is factory wheel offsets F/R and at what point does a different offset make a meaningful difference? What is that difference?

Front offset is +52, rear is +64. Both wheels are tucked in from the fender about 20mm so if you want to go flush with aftermarket wheels then you're looking at something near +32/+44. Wheel designers has an excellent selection of C8 wheels and many of them have standard offsets of +34/+45 which puts them essentially flush (now we're talking 1 to 2mm difference) with the fender. Some, like me, like an ever so slight amount of poke (no more than 1/4in for me, so I add wheel spacers to get them where I want). Hope this helps.......

These are aftermarket wheels. Rear offset is +52 and the front offset is +35, but I'm also wearing a 3MM slip on spacer on front wheels only. Factory offsets are so inept it's pathetic.

I’ve been wheel shopping and wondering if you went with a stock width wheel front and rear? That offset looks great on your car!!

I went 35 front and 50 rear. Previously went 45 rear and I didn't like how much it "poked out" so went 50 rear this time since I knew I was going to lower it about 2".

I'm looking at some Gem Motorsports wheels. The rears are 11" with a plus 45. I'm assuming the pics of the white C8 were the plus 45. Looks like they were pretty flush with the fender. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Those pics told me what I needed to know. Thanks again!

these are Stance Wheels SF03, 19x8.5+32MM 20X11+45MM
they are exactly the same width as the car, they don’t poke out, and look perfectly flush. The mudflaps that I added are doing a great job of protecting the car, no rocks or dings after 5000 miles

Here are a few pics of my old car when I had 45 offset on the rear. The rim was 20x11 with a 305/30/20 tire. Hope this helps you out.

That is the look I'm after!! Thanks for sharing!! I'm going with the Gem Motorsports G8Z in chrome. Yeah, I like a little blingg. It'll look good with that Hypersonic Grey. Again, thanks!

Factory offsets look so sunken in and bad.

People have put 20mm spacers for their factory wheels and it looks great!

upgraded my wheels to 20x9 +35 and 21x12 +52
they are flush with the fender looking awesome

I know this is a really old thread, but what brand mud flaps did you go with to keep your sides clean?

As I'm sure by now you've been told, the only "meaningful" difference is in appearance... and, in some instances body-clearance.
