It's not related to sticky or non-sticky as much as the tires slip angle! As my very detailed PDF Doc defines, chatter is worse with wet pavement (as GM states as well.) Then even all reason tires can't distort in tight slow speed turns to compensate for the different front turning radius inside versus outside tire. I validated with my 2017 Grand Sport where chatter was worse on my wet driveway.

Hmmm...definitely worse here at 115F than in winter at 70F.
